What Does the following X-ray Indicate? 

My daughter whos 4mos old was diagnose by basal pneumonia. Here s the complete xray result: Hazy infiltrates are noted in the basal lung zone Better seen in the lateral view No limphadenophaty appreciated Heart and great vessels are normal Can someone tell me what does this mean? Im being paranoid right now.

Thanks for the query.
I have through your reports and I can understand the feelings of a mother.

As per your X-ray report it shows hazy infiltrates( Abnormal opacity possibly due to fluid collection) around the basal(lower) portion of her lung.
It is quite common following an episode of pneumonia and generally it will goes away by its own in couple of weeks following antibiotic therapy.
All other findings are perfectly normal and you don't need to worry regarding this.
I suggest you to take a repeat X-ray after two weeks to assess the recovery.
